President
Gary is the founder and president of the International Coalition for Christian Leadership (ICCL).
From his early days, he has focused on the work of training and equipping leaders.
Since 1999, Gary has worked closely with national leadership to train leaders for historic revivals sweeping their countries.
Don Railey,
Director of the Schools of Ministry
With over 35 years of ministerial experience, Don travels the world with a focus on training men and women for ministry, while energizing the church body to function with purpose in the Kingdom.
Joining ICCL in 2010, Don recruits Pastors to help teach the national pastors in transforming communities.
Kelly Schwalbert, International Coordinator
Kelly joined ICCL in 2003, for ICCL's pilot intern program in Kiev, Ukraine.
Her previous work in Teen Mania Ministries' missions department helped launch her into ICCL's conference and event coordination role.
Her passion is networking the Body of Christ around the world.
