God had strategically positioned ICCL to minister to nations in moments of crisis and opportunity. Through conferences, ICCL schools of ministry, Good News Festivals, ministry trips, coaching, and development projects, we are able to equip and train leaders. ICCL began to expand its ministry to leaders with conferences in Jamaica in 2004 and Africa in 2007. Today Dr. Kellner ministers to leaders of government and business, as well as the church. History
ICCL was launched in 2002 by Dr. Gary Kellner and the leaders of ten evangelical denominations in Ukraine to equip and train leaders to transform communities throughout the former Soviet Union. ICCL-Ukraine did this through conferences, coaching and an innovative graduate studies program. Classes included business and government leaders, as well as pastors and other executives from NGOs.
The first class graduated in May 2006.
